Please respond, how do i unblock in network connections

    Hey all!
    First post, bare with me :)
    So i have ESET Smart Security 4, and ran into a problem.
    You see, whenever I click on chrome.exe, it has "temporarily deny communication for this process", its making me go mad!
    all I have done is when chrome launches, select create temporary rule allow.

    Please help!

    You have the following options:
    - create a permanent rule when prompted to allow or deny connection
    - switch the firewall to automatic mode (default) or learning mode
