please help with mp4player

I have mp4 player it will not even play videos but it is supposed to play them the files take up memory but will not play or show up at all. There is an option on the system setup of the mp4 player to enable firmware upgrade. Where do I get driver for mp4 to work.

 

perhaps the files are using a codec not supported by ur player, try different files or re-encode them.

 

try vlc player, it's the player Jon Lech Johansen uses which is a pretty good recommendation from someone who really knows about these things (plus it plays mp4s by default ). here's his page on VLC player
