please help with log

I am running win 2000 server and I am having a few problems. I've run adaware and spybot with little luck. My machine is running quite slow, I am getting some unwelcomed popups, and my browser (IE 6.02 keepes resetting to a about:blank homepage even after I have reset it in IE and through the control panel. I cant seem to get the url of the ne homepage. I would love any help you guys could provide. Thanks in advance.
