Please help, I've got infected with trojan clicker

    KAV can't delete it. i also used Antivir but no detection found. i don't know if it is already deleted or what. but my default homepage which is yahoo is always redirected to this page http://atotalsafety.com/. i don't encounter any other problem yet, maybe not yet that's why i seek for help. this is my hijackthis log. i used spybot to detect the malwares.

    Hijack This log removed. Please see this announcement and follow the suggestions therein.
