please help error during cleaning

    Hi everyone, can someone please help me, i'm new to this and am running the free version of ewido and think it's great. I keep getting the error in my report: adware naviPromo vm10001000
    " vm00B01000
    " vm022B1000
    " vm013C1000
    " vm015C1000
    " vm00D71000
    " vm00A51000
    " C:\WINDOWS\system32\msclock32.dll
    There's heaps of them about 20 each time I do a scan. I have tried running it in safe mode but it only seems to find one and cleans that fine, please help this is driving me nuts

    Did you execute a Complete System Scan in safe mode? If not you should do it, you should switch off the systemrestore aswell before restarting in safe mode.

    (You can turn it on again when your system is clean)

    thanks for the advice, I done what you said and stopped system restore before I ran in safe mode. I ran a full system scan and ewido found nothing, then I rebooted and ran it again and found the usual 22 problems and the same error messages in the scan report. Is there anything else I can do?
