When you signed up your account, it asked you for a password, repeat the password, and a security code. If you don't remember the security code, use the "Can't log in?" link and tell it you forgot your security code.

For example, if your security code was:
    peanut
the second and fifth would be:
    eu

Considering that your password, security code, and secret information (question/answer) is how you prove that you are really you, this means that you have no way to prove to anybody that you are really, truly the owner of the account. Only the owner can know that information, and anything else that could try to be used to identify as the owner can be faked up. You can try contacting support, but honestly without that information, I'd be very disappointed in them if they released the account to you. That would be a major security failure on their part.

You may end up having to take it as a lesson learned and buy a new key, then remember not to forget important information in the future. :(

You should be able to reset the password/code and have this sent to the e-mail WSA is register to. If you can't even access to that e-mail then you should not be entitled to access the webroot console. :)
