I'm new to here and just as upset over this xlime bull crap. I also have an inquiry about one of my running processes: C:\windows\system\bin\djrunner.exe
    c:\windows\system\bin\djohn.exe
I searched the net to see what djrunner is because it had a window poping up on me all the time and I tamed it by copying it and renaming it or something but it is still on my computer should it be taken off? If so how? I no both of these files shouldn't be on my computer, how do I get them off?

    so here is my log.

Your log shows that thee is no anti virus program running.
The processes that you are questioning, may well be viral, so first, get an on line scan at either Housecall or Panda A/V., and let it fix anything it finds. As a matter of urgency, install a resident anti virus program. AVG free edition from Grisoft is well thought of.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and

hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed

    before fixing.

    c:\windows\system\bin\djrunner.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\sysupd.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\alchem.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\twvjwu.exe

These may be hidden files. See

    HERE
for how to show hidden files.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
