Please advise where to install 2.71 on Exchange 2007

    Is there any info about where its best to install nod32 on a multi server exchange platform to ensure internal mail is scanned? On the Mailbox role server?

    ...and is there a timescale for production release?

    You install the XMON module on your Exchange Server(s). It's an additional module on top of the standard install, so when you bring up control center, you'll see XMON in addition to the standard AMON, IMON, EMON, and DMON. Of course IMON will automatically disable itself upon install.since you shouldn't run that on server OS's.

    What about if you have a multi server environment with Edge, Mailbox, Client Access & Hub server roles? Where would the ideal place to install nod32 be?

    My guess would be Edge servers asa thats where the MS virus scanner goes but I'd like to make sure its the same with nod32.
