    Your injuries sounded so painful, Ouch! It might have something to do with that Mercury retrograde DeVinco was talking about in an earlier thread, where dumb things happen to good people for no good reason!!

    hand is still in a cast for at least another 2 weeks or more - face is healing so i do not resemble a boxer having done 10 rounds, :D have consulted a lawyer - we have a strong case [I submitted good photo evidence] and he is now checking the law library to set a $$ figure. a notice of intention is now being served on the lot owner. hopefully things will settle out of court. i really do not like taking legal action but there may be extenuating circumstances arising from the injuries [other hand is hurting also] so expect to wait at least a year to be sure. thanks for ur concerns - boosts my morale. :)
