I am looking for a good but basic PIM application with following features.

    - included adressbook management, sorting in different types of adresses/clients
    - scheduler which can link to adresses from the adressbook
    - import functions
    - etc.
    - no blown up soft please :)

I used years ago TaskTimer 4.1, but lost the CD and i think also the Reg. Code. Very good, but i am not going to pay U$S 300 again, as the software now is more for complete project management. Looking for something basic for personal use.

Some hints. Freeware would be nice but still have credit in my bank.

Actually Lightning looks interesting ... an extension for Thunderbird - Based on Sunbird.

Haystack looks good too. (but it's Java based)

Lightning is pretty good ... here's a screenshot

Thanks for asking Tommy -- Otherwise I wouldn't have discovered it. It'll do what I need and intergration into Thunderbird is great --- I think I found a new PIM. :)

My pleasure to help you, and that with a question. No bad.
