PHONEslips replacement?

PHONEslips replacement? (office mgmt software)

This is not really security related, but there are so many IT people on this forum that I figured this would be a good place to ask a question about office software. My office uses PHONEslips (secretary swears by it) but I hate the damn thing. It has very few features and options, won't integrate into Google Calendar, (the price of an Outlook add on is $99!)...the designer of the program's GUI apparently is a living in Windows 95... etc, etc. Is there a similar program to PHONEslips that will integrate with Google Calendar, have Android and iPhone apps, address book, scheduler, instant messenger that sends to desktop and phones, accessible to everyone in the office, etc? Microsoft Office apparently won't work for this.
