This is for those that have seen, used or might use our PhoneMGR software.

Currently, the program consists of 3 different programs in 1 package. One for the Receptionist, one for the Admin, and one for everyone else.

The question is, do you think it would look better and be more functional to have the entire suite rolled into a single program that everyone uses? Or is it better to leave it like it is?

    Your input is welcome.

    Thank You

Problem with this type of software the user has to remember to use it when he or she leaves their desk. Most clients use a PBX AAYiA system. Still you seem to be working with PhoneMGR right now.

We have quite a few clients around the world that have been using our software for awhile. Initially it can be a problem to have everyone to remember to use it, but once they get into it, it is second nature.

We still know of several companies that use the magnet white in/out boards on the wall to see who's in and out. They haven't yet decided if they want to transition to a digital version.

We just wanted to get the publics opinion as to whether they think this would function better as a single interface that everyone uses, or if it works better the way it is, with different interfaces for different uses.

    Thanks for your feedback.
