Phishing detection through web browsers?

    Hi,

    NOD32 can also detect phishing through web browsers?

    I suppose NOD32 detects phishing even through web browsers because all modules use the same ThreatSense technology..

    I thought about that, but since on Gmail I don't receive spam and on my email-client is about 100/month with Phishing, I have to ask to have the certain... ;)

    HTML/Phishing.gen is in NOD's signatures: 1.1068 (20050419)
    I have no idea if it has a phishing monitor or whatever it's called :)

    My ISP is picking these up and sterilising them before they reach me. I'd hope most ISPs would do the same. Before that NOD32 did the job on all incoming emails.
