Phantom account issue

    I was trying to enable anti-theft, but ess did not create any phantom account after I click resolve phantom account issue on the anti-theft webpage. Any help please?

    Phantom account is activated only if device is set as stolen. Did you set your device as stolen?

    no. But I am not able to see the phantom account in windows user account list. Is that normal? I could see the phantom account listed in windows logon page before the newest V6 version was released.

    I'm not sure, but I think, that phantom account is created after that you set device as stolen (and after rebooting).
