PG keeps resetting DrWtsn privileges

PG 3.15 keeps resetting itself to deny DrWatson the right to terminate programs. Geez...I keep resetting PG to allow DrWatson termination rights and PG keeps unchecking it. Just last night I had to reset PG to give DrWatson full rights again and I had not and never would restrict DrWatson. A few minutes ago, I did the IE VML exploit test again to see if Kaspersky is now protecting against it (as McAfee enterprise on my guest machine now protects and IE does not crash). KAV still doesn't protect but ProActive defense popped up and asked me about allowing DrWatson and I said ok but PG blocked DrWatson again! This is really irritating because without DrWatson running I have no dump files that I can then run through my debugger.

I have asked DiamondCS several times why this keeps happening and gotten no response.
