    Hi

How to permanently disable Personal firewall? it's because it blocks network stuff so software for TV can't connect to my computer.

    Thanks

    1) Open Advanced setup
    2) Navigate to Network > Personal Firewall > System integration
    3) Select "Only scan application protocols" from the list and click OK

Why not create a rule instead of permanently disabling..?

Or, if you do not want the firewall, download EAV and your license for ESS will also work fine.

Is your TV's IP address in the Trusted zone? Have you tried switching firewall to learning mode until all necessary rules are created automatically?

Should the problem persist, enable logging of blocked connections in the IDS setup, reproduce the problem and copy & paste the appropriate records from your firewall log here.

I tried with IP's but didn't work, as for logs, I did that but don't know where to find log files?

NeroMedia Home software connects to the TV and Blu-ray system, so I think ESET is blocking this software, but when I checked Rules and Zones it has green marks:
