    I just downloaded the software.

    I had the "Spyware Shield" configuration set at detecting “All suspicious activity”, I am constantly being asked if I want to Allow the activity, even after Allowing and marking the item as “Remember the Decision”.

    When configured for “Know treats only”, I do not have this problem.

    The previously remembered events window shows no entries.

    How can I resolve this, it’s as if the decision is not being remembered ?

    Hello slvmart,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Security Software.

    Please do the following when you get the screen once again:
    - Click on the small blue button in upper right corner;
    - Choose "Remember Event" option;
    - Click on one of the following buttons: "Allow", "Allow All", "Block", "Block All".

    This will allow you to remember the necessary action.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    I use the Privacy Expert Suite latest build 734 and the Bitdefender Professional Plus 8 from Softwin.

    I have the same problem like slvmart.

    When ever the Bitdefender has downloaded a new program or virus signatures update, it will close all tasks, make the update by copying all files and restart again all tasks.

    Every time at the restart of Bitdefender after an update it wants to make some registry settings and the spyware shield from Privacy Expert pops up with a warning message.

    All what I tried before (set checkbox "remember again" or your described way the small blue button in upper right corner and choose "remember event" or "remember action" by pressing "allow all" button), nothing help!

    The spyware shield forget every time the last action and the warning message pops up again...

    Regards Stefan
