[PE 2.110] Display does not refresh

    I have noticed that the ALL tab, and maybe the others as well, will not refresh the display even with pressing F5. What caused me to catch this was opening PE I saw more than the usual number of duplicate entries. I hit F5 and nothing happened so oh well and went on about my original task which ended with switching tabs for just a moment and then back to the ALL tab. When I did that the number of entries was cut in half. I have monitored this over a few days and it is definitely something that will happen again. Also FWIW this is on a new fresh install of XP Pro sp2, my first experience with Pro.

    Anyway has anyone else noticed this, or have a solution?
