PCU Update Failed... Need Help

The PCU update uninstalled my NOD32 but did not install anything in its place!!
C:\Program Files\ESET\ is empty except for some DAT files.

I tried sending a message through the Support form but it won't submit. For 20 minutes I've been looking at a message that says, "Submitting case, one moment please..."

Does anyone know if this company really has a support group?

Download and run our uninstall tool in safe mode to make sure that everything is cleaned up.

Did you ever use any other previous antivirus or security products? If so, you should make sure they are completely gone from your machine because any remnants can cause a conflict.

Then download and reinstall a fresh copy of your product.

OK. I looks like I'm back to normal, with NOD32 4.0.
