    Getting ready to check out how well their support team is. I like this product but the big question is, has it spun downhill from the days of Becky handling issues for all of you. Will keep you informed.

    Well, i contacted their support yesterday about some issue with Cyberhawk and Armando responded in hour or two. So i guess they kept a tech support team from Novatix. I had very good experience with them so far.
