PC Naming Convention

I would like to have the deployment of PC names be VITDXP001, VITDXP002 and so on. Can someone post the wild card that is needed for this.

I can only get VITDXP1, 2, 3, etc. by using VITDXP{1}

yes i have the same problem but naming slightly different such as G1601 G1602 etc, but the wildcard only allows G161 G162 etc, did you find a solution?

Also has anyone found a way to actually have the naming go in order, becuase once i have all the relevant pcs connected to the managment console they are then named in whatseems to be a random order around an IT suite

Any help will be greatly appreciated

 

I was thinking maybe reserve all IP in DHCP in order but this is a big job

 

Im getting another problem i just noticed, when the pc reboots it says a duplicated name exists on the network, so basically what have happened is the wildcard has named at least 7 pc's out of 30 with the same name surely this should happen, help please!!!!
