PC Matic

I see this advertised on TV often, but I have not seen it mentioned here. The CLAIM is that it keeps your PC safe.
Anyone know anything about it? I bet someone does,

PC Matic is nothing, but a lie and a scam.

 

Website is like a rogue and the features are impressive

I am pretty sure this will also solve global warming in next version!

 

I just gave it a try since it's been a few years since the last time I did. The trial version is very limited until you pay to register it. For example you don't get the full antivirus until you do. When doing a scan for problems it does do a scan for viruses, but you don't get any realtime protection. This is shame as I believe in testing any antivirus to see how it performs on your system before buying it.

For the rest of the program, while there is nothing remarkable about it in my opinion, it is most definitely not a rogue, and should not cause any harm to a computer.

 

I am also wondering if virus data base updates on daily basis and if it has zero day protection.
