PC crash - OS selector / Disk Director Dead

Hello all - hope you can help

My PC hung earlier and forced me to do a reset. Now on boot OS selector does not run, the system boots from the primary HDD. All my Drive letter assignments are wrong as well.

When i Run OS Selector or Disk Director i get an error (see top Pic from up loaded file)

If i try to reinstall i get an error (see the bottom picture from same file).

i also cannot uninstall as i get an error.

Please can you let me know what steps i can take to correct the issue.
