Partial Protection disabled/avira registry cleaner

    I want to add this FYI item in case it may help.
    Over the years,as a lurker,I have noted reports of partial disabling of the SpyWareBlaster protection for certain sites.

    Some of these have been difficult to trace.

    I will provide at least one possibiliy.

    If you should uninstall Avira Anti-vir,and use the Avira registry cleaning tool,on default settings,no problem.
    If you should open the utility/tools GUI,and select remove all,you will find a large number of SpyWareBlasters protection entries,mostly concerned with Rogue Anti-virus are removed.

    Most people are probably smarter than me,and would run the utility on default,or at least connect running it with the disabled protection in SpyWareBlaster.

    For those on an intellectual par with me,I offer this possibility.
