    Hi all,

The new year begins with an enthusiastic review of Pardus Linux, a Turkish distribution running KDE; topics include installation and desktop use, Kaptan desktop wizard, multimedia support (Flash, MP3, Windows video), package management, Samba sharing, Wireless, proxy support, usability, stability, performance, applications, unique features, and more.

    Have fun!

    Pardus is great!

During this year my distro recommendations to people have changed, from being mint/ubuntu for newbies and fedora for everyone else, i now say Pardus and openSUSE (and ofc archlinux if you want to tinker).

This might be because i myself completely switched to KDE4 as a desktop environment and no other distros can provide such a perfect working KDE4 desktop as those two.
