    Excellent find, thanks,,,,anyone know if the free PM must be installed before the 18th or not. I am on the road and can download it but installation would not be for the PC I have with me.

    It says "WinPE CD is not included in this download. You must register to get free serial", but I found no where to register. Is it that one must install the program to bring up the registration wizard?

    Is Paragon a safe partition manager to use with Vista or is there a better choice?

    i have used there partition manager and it works well.
    but the free and opensource gparted works just as well.

    Yes, I believe thats the case. Easy enough to find out though, simply do an installation.

    I don't know to be honest. - But if you install it you see a button FREE LICENSE, where you have to enter it. Pressing that button you get to the following page where you have to apply for the license:
