Paragon Partition Manager 2010 Free

    Hello everyone,
    I've tried different free partitioning tools that I didn't like. I've just installed Paragon Partition Manager 2010 Free edition, but need help. The help link just crashes the program. Can someone please provide me with the steps to create and re-size partitions? My idea is to divide the partition into 3rds (not equal sizes). I plan on encrypting the 3rd partition.
