I would think you would just get a new free serial number for the 2nd rig.

So...can I use the same serial number for my x64 and now on my friend's x32?

 

Why not just get a new serial number for your friends rig using his e-mail address (I think the downloads for the 32 bit & 64 bit versions are different so you would need different licences anyway I would expect). That way if he wants to upgrade in the future he can do so without complicating things because he used yours.

As to using the same serial number for multiple installations I have no idea what Paragons policy is so cannot comment further. However I can tell you that a friend of mine installed the program from the original offer on 4 different PCs and applied for and received keys for all 4. I did not ask her if they were all the same code or not but she did use the same e-mail address for all 4.
