i have panda platinum antivirus/firewall i dont know if firewall is working. it does not act like others i have had. programs access internet and it does not ask if you want them to. how can i tell if its on , program says it is but acts like its not. other firewalls ask it you to permit program to access , this does not and it failed gibson research shieldsup test . right now i have panda shut off and using another firewall thanks in advance for help Rusty
Right click the panda icon in the task bar and click firewall and see if the check is in the firewall box.
