Will there be an incompatibility or conflict if I use Panda Cloud Antivirus for protection during surfing with Dr Web CureIt for offline on demand scan later ? Any suggestion or opinion is welcome.

Since PCAV will be the only one running in real time you should be okay.

Obvious answer is try it and see.

But you may have to disable PCAV when using CureIt as it may slow down the scan which is already very slow.

AFAIK CureIt is only and on-demand scanner, no resident driver. There should be no incompatibilities but like Blackcat said, better deactivate the Panda Cloud Antivirus resident driver before running a CureIt scan and then turning it back on, otherwise as soon as CureIt opens a file for scanning CloudAV will do the same thing and the scan will run much slower.
Also before running a CureIt scan, you might want to run a CloudAV scan of the entire PC as well.
