Anyone else noticed Palemoon connecting to 46.105.123.48 at startup or know what purpose this serves? My homepage is a local file. Auto-updating is all disabled.

    ipconfig /flushdns
launch program, block its connection attempt
    ipconfig /displaydns
See the hostname it was trying to connect to?

It doesn't on my PC. Are you sure it's not an extension?

It does appear to be the WorldIP extension that's responsible, though I'm not sure why. The IP doesn't appear to be associated with WorldIP. I have the same extension on SeaMonkey, configured the same way. When I launch SeaMonkey using the same local page, it makes no outbound connections. For now I've disabled the extension until I can determine why it's behaving differently on PaleMoon.
