Paid for Eset Smart Security, haven't received anything!!!!

Hi, I am from the Dominican Republic and bought online an Eset Smart Security software for 2 pc via through the US webpage of ESET two days ago. Haven't received the username, password and the instructions for download yet.Many times i try to complete a customer care support request in the Eset usa page, it redirects me to the Eset latin page and i can't do anything.

The charge on the credit card has already been made (104..99 dollars), so if nothing can be done to correct this, i just want my money returned.
