OverTure Cookie UnChecks Itself..

    When I check my protections I keep finding 1 protection diabled in IE..
    It end up being Overture..Yahoo I think?..I use Firefox..But if I sign on with my dial-up Bluelight(net zero) instead of Road runner..It automactly uses IE as my start page..None of my Programs ever spot a problem..but i do tend to erase cookies.ect constantly..
    But the bottom line is ..if S/B doesnt want it on my PC either do I..
    Any help to Get ride of it would be appreciated .

    ..I found the sorce of the problem...Advanced windows care seems to think its an error...and unchecks it...
