Outlook.com - YouTube is upgrading to a newer version which is not supported by this device or app

    I am getting this message in my Outlook.com emails whenever there is a YouTube link posted.
    So, YouTube links don't play embedded in Outlook.com emails anymore.

    I wonder how long before Microsoft catch up and update Outlook.com. :doubt:

    It might have to do with youtube shifting to HTML5 videos over Flash based video. This is the only new change introduced by youtube since Jan-Feb 2015.

    Maybe that is it. I don't know.
    But, I hope Microsoft update Outlook.com soon.
