Outlook 2007 - Saving addresses from incoming messages (how to disable?)

Where's the option to enable/disable the harvesting of email addresses from incoming messages? Can't seem to find it and would like to turn it off so that the only autocompleting that happens is from my address books.

Having this one go unanswered for what's now closing on a day, let me give it a whirl. If your talking about setting's that were available in an older version I think several handling aspect's have changed.

Not being familiar with OL, I couldn't say with any certainty how to achieve what you're trying do.
Perhap's a real user of the program clue's us in (which often happen's after an initial response).

Thanks for the suggestions. I emailed MS about this and was told that you cannot actually disable incoming address caching(!), so I'm pretty much left to resorting to disabling autocomplete entirely if I want to go about it that way.
