Outlook 2007 it's not closing

    After i install NOD32 v3 (3.0.563.0 now) when i'm trying to close Outlook it appear to be closed but it's still open as i can see it present in Task Manager and it's still sending me alerts !

    Sometimes i have the same problem with Internet Explorer !

    Any idea ? :mad:

    My OS : Vista x64
