Just downloaded DDS 10 yesterday to set up a computer with XP Pro and XP home.

Installed XP Pro to C: primary 1, changed to hidden
Installed XP Home to C: primary 2, changed to hidden, set #1 back to active

Installed OS selector from the bootable CD, now booting to either XP just gives "autochk not found" blue screen.

Looking at the properties of each boot item, OS selector has the "other" primary partition set hidden (as it should) but it also has the partition for the OS being booted set to hidden too, and the option is greyed out so it can't be un-checked.

De-activating OS Selector, it sets one OS partition active _and hidden_ so it still gives the autochk error. I have to use the partition tool to unhide that partition to boot successfully.

Is there any solution to this? I'm guessing could fix it by un-checking the "hidden" property for the boot partition if the software would let me, but it will not.
