OS other than Windows and Prevx

Many months back some one gave hint in a thread here that Prevx is going to support more OSes in addition to just Windows. Months passed over and i never even heard it again.

Is there really such a thing n road map? OSX, Ubuntu, Android

Yes We are nearly finished with our Mac/Linux agents and will be supporting some mobile OSs soon as well. I'm unsure of a precise timeline but they are all being actively developed.

 

Thanks. Very nice indeed. Any rough idea when MAc/ Linux versions will be out.

 

My bet is when Prevx 4 is released which, by my estimates, might be ready before new year or early 2011. But that's just me speculating.

 

I believe this is correct but we are waiting longer than it would seem because it requires a separate database and separate logic as the threats are entirely different
