Opinions on Webroot standalone AV

    Any opinions on the standalone Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus? Can someone provide links to tests? I have seen testing for WSA but not the av itself.(Sorry-may have overlooked!) Thanks for aiding a non-techie!

    I don't think there is a big downgrade in protection between the full version and the av. I think the big differences are things like online backup, etc...

    A Big plus if you move above the AV version (i.e. Essential and Complete) is the addittional layer of protection against unknown keylogging and screencapture malware (Identity Shield). A must considering the current malware landscape and even more crucial if you are using your PC for online shopping and banking.
