I don't remember if this has been posted before, so ...

I've written a review of Opera Unite, a user-managed online sharing and collaboration service run within the browser itself. Sounds interesting and quite revolutionary.

As of the 13th Unite is a separate download and no longer included in the 10 beta.

When it was publicized that Opera 10 would be forth coming with a web server, I dumped Opera 9 within minutes. I didn't want even a remote chance that it would update to v 10.

I know I'm narrow minded but I want what I want. I am sooo glad to see this. I wanted NO part of a browser that had a web server built into it. I didn't/don't care if it is off by default.

Now that it's separate, I might put Opera back on my PCs. But as I haven't missed it, I probably won't...
