    hello,

have a question about the setup mentioned in the subject line. opera>proxo>anonymizer2004. I have opera pointed to proxomitron at port 8080. But i am not sure where to point proxomitron. I have tried it not using a remote proxy and its a nogo. I have tried using remote proxy (127.0.0.1:80, 127.0.0.1:8080, 127.0.0.1:443, and these don't work. Any ideas here?

    thanks for your help,
    Boutros

I don't use Anonymizer 2004 but I understand that it uses HTTPS so port 443 should be the correct setting for Proxomitron. However you do need to have the OpenSSL libraries installed for Proxomitron to be able to filter HTTPS traffic - see the Dangers of HTTPS thread for more details.
