Linux users have been waiting for a very long time, and were concluding that Opera devs. may have ditched the Linux version.
Fortunately it is still on the cards, and apparently Opera devs. "love Linux". :)

    Linux and Blink powered Opera

(No updates/patches to current 12.16 version for absolute ages. Must be the only browser immune to vulnerabilities. ;) Alternatively Opera has placed 12.16 on the backburner in favour of pushing out all those Opera Next updates for Windows users).
