Opera 9.20 Build 8713 with nice new feature

    - Unneeded scrollbar now gone on adobe.com
    - Some fraud protection improvements
    - Made proxy authentication work better
    - Added Developer console :thumb:
    - Usage report only asks 1 in 1000
    - Fixes to entering hostname: port in addressbar
    -Javascript scroll events now fired on mouseweel
    - Server Expiry header is now respected even if the time exceeds user preference
    Windows MSI

    P.S. This a a weekly build !!!!

    Neither. It's a weekly build. Betas come later.
    Each week on average, the Opera team launches a new build, fixing some non-crucial bug here, adding some new feature to test, and so on. These builds are to be downloaded free, but only by those of us who like to play and try new things. Kind of a wide alpha testing.
    When bugs are reported, they're ready to be corrected, sometimes by the next weekly, sometimes on a later date.
    Then they reach release candidate stage, and then only proceed to stable build after further testing.

    Sorry that i don't have mentioned that those are weekly builds (i edited my post).
    Those build are in my experiencie, and i use them, very stable. But i suggest to make backups as in case over every kind of usage of a weekly build or Beta soft.

    these weekly builds are generally as safe as the final ones...
