Opera 12.02 Quick Prefs Ignored

    I have a strange problem I have Plugins and Javascript disabled in quick preferences but a website still loads and plays flash video.

    I don't want to post the site URL in case it may be malicious this happened after the browser said the flash plugin had crashed...and the browser restarted.

    I will do some more testing and post more details later.

    Well I got it fixed removed Opera and it's add ons just reinstalled Opera and it is working normally.

    It may have been one of the add ons.
