the setup: I cloned a partition of my internal drive in one pc to my external drive using norton ghost 9.

The Sting: Now that I have my external connected to another pc using TI 8.0, is there some way I can use this program to acces the series of V2I files created by Ghost? Normally I would have used the same program, but I already created the clone with Ghost on the first computer(and it took forever...usb1.1) and had trouble installing it on the second computer.

    Thanks.

Similar question was asked before and answer was that TI will not open or understand Ghost files.

Make a Ghost boot disk and run from that.

I think that the Ghost 9 installation disk will also work as a boot disk but have not tried it for a long time if ever.

    Hello TheDudeAbides,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please note that Acronis True Image products can not restore image archives created with another backup programs, such as Norton Ghost.

    Thank you.
