I have recently upgrade ATI Echo Server to version 8.115. Since then, explorer asks my for a password when I try to open a .tib archive. Same happens when I try to open from Acronis.
Because I have not enabled Password Security - and never had. I dont know how to get into the archives. - This sucks to say at least, please help!

Hope this helps but I have had the same issue with 8.115 ATI Echo Server.

Acronis Support have confirmed that this is an issue that will be fixed in their next release. Their only recommendation was to revert to the older version.

If all you want to do is browse the tib (or extract files) in Windows then you can do this with the 8.115 version of ATI Echo Workstation if you have it.

Also mounting the image instead of exploring should work.
