open ports

At the moment i have installed the antivirus package but am thinking about
the smart security package .
the reason is that it seems that every two to three days i see this ip address
61.235.117.81 ESTABLISHED as http.

then suddenly the virus start like massive amounts.
I have used a software cports to give and idea of where the problem might be
please give feedback as to the portsi do not need or may be a danager.
I am about to instal vmware but want to get rid of this potential hacker first.
