Only threat found, not cleaning

Every time i am scannig my local disks it detects many virus but the antivirus is not cleaning them. And it possess a danger threat to the system. How can i change the option to scan and delete??

 

If you ran the scan via the right-click context menu, make sure you selected "Advanced options" -> "Clean with ESET Smart Security".

 

Number of scanned objects: 818717
Number of threats found: 44
Number of cleaned objects: 0
Time of completion: 1:52:02 AM Total scanning time: 12466 sec (03:27:46).
I haven't find any option in terms of cleaning.

Just to supplement what Marcos has already written, just to illustrate, if you should have any doubt. (Now it is bedtime from this side of the world.)

 

Thanks a lot mate. It is correctly working and so far eliminated 44 infections include my kmplayer setup file .
But still to clean the infection i have to choose the right-context menu >clean file option. Other scans are not cleaning the threat even after i changed the cleaning level to strict as per the directed page in the above link.

 

Smart scan checks all files on all disks and cleans possible infections automatically.
