Online Purchase help

    I purchased NOD32 online and after submitting the order I noticed my email address was wrong so I did not get an email with download instructions and my password. Does anybody know how I could get this fixed? Thanks

    and welcome to Wilderssecurity.

    you should contact the online shop.

    I guess should you proof your identity (name, order number, last 4 CC digit... login, etc) maybe they are able to resend your welcome email and re-register your copy of nod32 to correct email.
