I have found two great scanners online that can check a file for viruses using several of the well known antivirus programs,
    http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
    http://virusscan.jotti.org

I noticed that these online scanners did not seem to include specific anti trojan or anti spyware programs.

Does anyone know of online scanners like these that may be specifically for anti trojan and or anti spyware programs.

Would be nice having the option to check files on multiple AT and AS programs to help weed out false positives.

    There's a trojan scan at www.trojanscan.com
    Spyware scans at www.spywareinfoforum.com/xscan.php
    http://store.ca.com/v2.0-img/operations/safer/site/ab/promo53025scan.htm
    And...
    www.pcpitstop.com/spycheck/loadctl.asp

About false positives, that second spyware scan there is Pest Patrol and we all know how notorious that program is for false positives. And also, you gotta think that when one scanner finds something and another one doesn't it isn't always about false positives so much as it it signature bases. Like when Ad-aware finds something and Spybot doesn't and vice versa it's just differences in their databases. I've never had false positive problems with either program.
